 The countdown has begun!

In 30 days we will board a plane for Paris and a culinary adventure like no other. 

Jo Anne and I booked this trip back in August and have spent the past several months wondering if it would really happen. There has been radio silence from the agent who booked our hotel and some of our cooking classes; but, three days ago we received final confirmation that the trip is a go. We are so excited!!!

    I am so excited!!!! Hard to believe it might actually happen. Culinary Adventure indeed!!
    I believe the first day I set my countdown calendar it was 145 days. Seems like ages ago.

    Excited doesn’t begin to express! Packing is in full swing. Put it in, take it out, put something else in, take it out, put the original back in 😂😂 and so it goes
